- We are collecting Box Tops as a fundraiser at our school. Please send them in with your child if you have any already clipped. Thank you.
- Forms will be sent home with your child this week. Please take the time to read and explain them to your child as necessary. Sign and return them as soon as possible.

Social Studies:
This week we will learn all about 2nd Grade and ow he made so many different things from peanuts and sweet potatoes.
Science:
This week we will continue learning about matter and the different states that it may have. We will plant a sweet potato in soil and put one in water to see which will grow
first. We will also plant a sunflower seed to see if it will sprout as well. We will keep a
log of our findings in our science journals.

- Students may bring $1 every Friday to wear a hat through April or buy ice cream. This is in support of our Relay for Life Campaign to put a freeze on cancer. No other snacks will be sold on Friday.
