Pre-Registration

Where: Goshen ElementarySchool

When: April 9, 2015: 12:00pm–7:00pm 

                 April 10, 2015: 11:00am – 2:00pm

What to Bring:

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Alabama Shot Record (Blue Card)
• 2 Proofs of Residence
• Photo ID (parent/guardian)
• Custody/Power of Attorney/ Guardianship Documents (Divorces, other child placement not with biological parent, etc

Acceptable Proofs of Residence:

 * Students will not be registered without ALL required documentation.

 * Students must be 5 years old on or before September 1^st in order to attend Kindergarten during the 2015-2016 school year.

 * Please bring your Kindergartner with you so he/she can meet the teachers and take a pre-assessment.
